The hit teen drama, Gossip Girl, has returned to the CW for another season. Unlike usual, some of the characters are living on the West Coast in sunny California, trying to figure out how they want to live their lives.
Serena van der Woodsen has landed an opportunity of a lifetime as an intern for an upcoming movie. Chuck Bass now lives in a yacht spending his time, and money entertaining himself. And Nate Archibald? He’s just pretending to be a movie star to impress girls. Oddly, but surely enough, the three happen to find each other and bring the gang back together.
Back on the East Coast, in New York, Blair Waldorf is living her fairy tale life. She is engaged to marry the Prince of Monaco. Life for Blair couldn’t get much better. But will her future mother-in-law be too overbearing? Oh, yeah, not to mention she is pregnant, with the Prince’s child. Or could it be Chuck’s?
As all the characters are living a luxurious lifestyle, Dan Humphrey is more low key. Nothing amusing is going on in his life. But last season, Vanessa Abrams stole Dan’s book manuscript and got it published. This is a dream come true for Dan, isn’t it? Unfortunately, the book is about his complex relationship with the Blair Waldorf. This expose about the future princess would ruin her. He must do everything in his power to stop his book from being published- and making himself famous.
Like all the other season, this one is packed with drama. The characters are growing up and figuring out who they are. As soon as things start to go in their favor, something goes wrong. Watch Gossip Girl on Mondays at 8 to 9 pm on the CW.
