On its one year anniversary, the Baron Banner contacted the Fountain Valley Police Department regarding the status of the email threat that caused the campus of Fountain Valley High School to close for the day.
In a phone interview with Watch Commander, Matt Sheppard, we were told the FVPD could not disclose any information, as the case was still open.
However, during this interview, Sheppard did warn students of what they post and share on social media.
