Beef Sandwich
Ingredients:
- ½ lb beef
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 slices of bread
- Sliced tomato
- Pepper
- Lettuce
- Cut the beef into 1-inch strips.
- Mix the garlic, sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add the beef and marinate for 1 hour – overnight.
- Pour oil onto a pan and sear the beef.
- Mix the mayo, ketchup, and ketchup. Spread onto the bread slices.
- Add the beef, tomato, lettuce, and pepper. Cut and serve!
Fried Lotus Roots
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of lotus roots
- Salt and pepper
- Pour oil into a pan and fry the lotus roots.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Mushroom and Bell Pepper Salad
Ingredients:
- Enoki mushroom
- 1 small bell pepper
- Ponzu sauce
- Water
- katsuobushi
- Chop the mushroom and bell pepper into bite size pieces.
- Place the vegetables into a bowl and pour some water into it. Microwave for a few seconds.
- Season with ponzu sauce and add katsuobushi. Mix until well combined.
Bacon Wrapped Mushroom Rolls
Ingredients:
- Enoki mushroom
- 2 slices of bacon
- Soy sauce
- Cut the bacon into halves.
- Place a few strand of enoki mushroom into each slice of bacon. Roll and wrap the bacon around the mushroom.
- Optional: brush a little bit of soy sauce onto the bacon.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for about 10 minutes and serve!
