If you’re looking for a new coffee shop to study, hang out and enjoy delicious coffee, visit Qargo Coffee. Located on Newhope Street, Qargo Coffee offers a large array of coffee, pastries and Italian imported desserts.
Qargo Coffee is a chain of coffee shops focused on empowering the creators. They have locations in Florida, Colorado and California. The Fountain Valley location has been open for three months.

As you walk into the store, the rich scent of Lavazza Coffee embraces your senses. Qargo specializes in authentic Italian coffee, and all of their coffee-based drinks are made with Lavazza Coffee. The cafe is filled with people studying, hanging out and enjoying coffee.
Their most popular drink, the Nutty Nitro, was the first drink I ordered.
The Nutty Nitro is an iced drink made with hazelnut syrup, almond milk and Nitro cold brew. At first sip, my taste buds were instantly enveloped in a smooth, nutty hug. The almond milk and the hazelnut syrup blend together in a harmonious manner, really putting the ‘nutty’ in Nutty Nitro. The cold brew itself is rich, mellow and perfect for a busy morning.
All the drinks at Qargo Coffee are layered, which means I had to mix it up before drinking. After the delightful first sip experience, I would have to rate this drink a 9.7/10.
The Lavender Latte is a latte with lavender syrup, and a medium sized cup has two shots of espresso. At first taste, the lavender flavoring was overwhelming. I had never tasted lavender as a flavor, and the idea of drinking something that was an essential oil was a bit off-putting. Nevertheless, the espresso was delicious and concentrated. I rate this drink a 7.8/10
As my last drink, I chose something that strays away from the coffee scene. Qargo offers Lotus Energy drinks, a plant-based energy drink with various delicious flavors. Since summer starts soon, I thought about getting the watermelon cooler. This features watermelon lotus syrup, white lotus energy syrup and club soda.
At the first sip, my tastebuds were pleasantly surprised! The vibrant and bubbly taste of the watermelon was accentuated by the fizzy club soda. Overall, a refreshing drink if you’re not looking for coffee. I rate this drink a 8.9/10.
