A small little beachside shack holds the secrets to the perfect burger following a wonderful day at the beach. A well-known local burger joint, TK Burger has been open since 1986. It has five different food trucks and five locations, including a location along Pacific Highway.

At that seaside location, the walls inside are adorned with photos of SoCal waves, embracing the city’s rich history and inviting customers in with open, sun-kissed arms. Paired with the backdrop of the waves and the shining sun, the relaxed atmosphere permeates through the building. It’s a great place to let out all of the day’s excitement and simply enjoy the moment with a nice meal.

Eating at TK Burger made me feel like Ken from the Barbie movie and my job was beach. Their juicy patty, crisp veggies and soft buns encapsulate the feeling of a long day out in the water. The fries were a perfect blend of potatoey goodness, with a crispy outside and a soft, warm inside.
Of course, no TK Burger experience is complete without its famous “secret sauce.” It rounds out the entire burger and adds that extra level of deliciousness that elevates it from a normal burger spot to something worth savoring. It goes from a regular burger to something bursting with flavor, the sauce adding a beautiful blend of sweetness and tang.

This is a place perfect for those who are looking for a hole-in-the-wall restaurant to wind down and enjoy a classic burger by the seaside. It’s no wonder why TK’s is considered one of the area’s go-to spots.
