This week, the varsity girls tennis team has played phenomenally, defeating two of their strongest rivals, Newport Beach and Los Alamitos High School, with an outstanding score of 12-6 on both of their games.
In their annual Crush Cancer game, the Barons girls volleyball dominated Newport Harbor, a feat that hadn’t been done in over 3 years. On top of this, the girls also raised over $1400 for the Eastman family, a family that is caring for the children of their daughter, Julianne, who recently died of cancer.

Varsity girls tennis is undefeated in season so far, with 3-0, ready to take on the strong rival opponents next week against Los Alamitos and New Port Harbor.
The Fountain Valley Cross Country team competed September 21 in the Sunset League preview race.
In the first match of their official season, varsity girls volleyball loses to the Edison Chargers due to unforced errors such as missed serves and net violations.

Although the girls lost last year to our rival school, this year the girls crushed them. The only freshman scored the second best score.
