Girls’ varsity tennis emerges victorious during their final game of the season against Laguna Beach High School, securing a 14-4 win.
Barons’ varsity girls tennis team fought against Newport Harbor High School, but fell short with a score of 5-10.
On Tuesday the varsity girls’ tennis team faced off against the Vikings and won with a score of 13-5.
Even though Iris Chau disliked tennis in the beginning, after years of practice and commitment, she gradually learned to love it. She is now the only freshman on the girls’ varsity tennis team and is highly respected by her Coach and team mates.
On Thursday, girls’ varsity tennis was defeated by Huntington Beach High School with a close score of 8-10. They tied two of their sets but in the end, the Oilers prevailed in one of their closest games yet.
Girls’ varsity tennis came out on top against Laguna Hills with the final score of 15-3.
Through years of playing and practicing, freshman Kaylee Tran had been rewarded with a spot on the girls’ varsity tennis team.
