Fountain Valley girls’ tennis serves up a victory against the Marina Vikings

The Lady Barons wiped out the Vikings with a perfect score and outstanding performance to jump start their season with their first victory.

Overpowered by Marina’s defense, the Barons struggled to break through and only scored one touchdown on Friday night’s loss.

Karley Waite scored a layup with 5 seconds remaining in the game to seal the 59-58 win for the Barons.
