FVHS’ Model United Nations program conquers BruinMUN

With the passage of the MUN class, problems arise regarding the provision of classes to upperclassmen. With little guarantee of an MUN experience, the anxiety these students go through should warrant a delay of the class or a continuation of the club for at least another year.
Due to racial gaps between students enrolled in honors classes versus regular classes, some high schools are choosing to eliminate honors programs altogether.
The FVHS Model United Nations team competes with a strong performance at the Huntington Beach High School Surf City conference.
On November 8th and 9th, student delegates from the FVHS MUN club competed against 30 other schools at the BruinMUN 2014 conference and brought back six awards.
