Our Barons boys’ tennis team won first place in Sunset League for the first time in four years.
Through years of playing and practicing, freshman Kaylee Tran had been rewarded with a spot on the girls’ varsity tennis team.
With only a few games left in the Sunset League, the boys tennis team beat Marina with a score of 16-2.
The baron boys tennis team fought hard against the number one school in Orange County.
In the Sunset League Finals, varsity girls tennis left admirable results, conquering both doubles and singles divisions, and also winning third place in doubles.
With only one more match until Sunset League, the Lady Barons power through still undefeated, winning the match against Huntington Beach 15-3.
This week, the varsity girls tennis team has played phenomenally, defeating two of their strongest rivals, Newport Beach and Los Alamitos High School, with an outstanding score of 12-6 on both of their games.
