Fountain Valley High School’s varsity girls softball team showed their skill with a win against San Clemente on Thursday with a close score of 4-3.
Varsity baseball played Newport Harbor, winning 6-2 on Wednesday, March 20th.
On Friday, March 15, and Saturday, March 16, the Baron volleyball team won three out of four consecutive matches.
Boys tennis brought home two more consecutive wins this week for a total of 5 straight victories.
The FVHS Lady Barons made a great showing in their first second round CIF game in over a decade, but they fell short, defeated by the WHS Lions.
Overall the Barons finished with a record of 6-11-5, going 1-7-2 in the Sunset League, and placing last in league.
