As a brand new freshman to Fountain Valley, Vyvyan Nguyen is bringing her talent for art and drawing to her first year in Baron Banner.
Nguyen enjoys many types of art, especially painting. In any opportunity she gets to draw, for every situation and every story, she puts out her best work, telling stories through her pictures.
“I like to cover everything because I get to draw all sorts of things,” Nguyen said.
Being a designer in Baron Banner gives artists just like Nguyen the opportunity to improve and practice their skills.
Just as she loves making art, Nguyen enjoys listening to it as well. Although her favorite type of music is always changing, her current favorite artist is pop singer-songwriter Tate Mcrae.
Nguyen’s favorite place to travel is Vietnam because that’s where most of her family is. She likes to connect with them because she doesn’t see them as often. Family is very important for Nguyen, who says her role model is her grandfather.
“He can do everything,” Nguyen said. “I have a special connection with him.”
Nguyen doesn’t just enjoy traveling to different places. If she could have any superpower, she said, she would want to travel through time.
“I would want to be able to time travel because if I have ever make a mistake or something wrong happens, I can always go back. Or I can always go back to a moment that I really like,” Nguyen said.
Nguyen hopes to impact Baron Banner as a new staff member with her amazing skills in art and her devotion to her talent.
