With finals coming up, some students might be feeling overwhelming pressure and anxiety. While some stress may be considered motivational, too much will negatively affect a student’s test performance.
Thus, in order to help new students deal with stress that comes with finals, upperclassmen give their methods on staying calm and relaxed before taking final exams.
